Phronima sp eith eggs, egg, , deep sea hyperiid amphipod of the family Phronimidae. They are parasitoids they attack salps, using their mouths and claws to eat the animal and hollow out its gelatinous shell. They propel themselves with a protruding tail and continuously move through the water to keep the flow of oxygenated water on their eggs, Green Island, Taiwan.
The island is a small volcanic island in the Pacific Ocean famous for clear water, coral reefs and marine life in abundance.
