Through Wild Wonders of China, it is probably the first time in history the rivers of Tangjiahe have been photographed underwater. Tangjiahe's network of pristine and clear rivers runs rapidly down the mountain sides from the peaks at 3 837 m. Sometimes called "Green Pearl of Minshan Mountain Range", the area been classified by the WWF as an "A class" nature reserve, and it is located about 300 km away from Chengdu, covering 400 sq km.
